In Wednesday's league test, the visiting Maranacook Black Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-5 victory over the Morse Shipbuilders.

The Black Bears now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fryeburg for a Class C test on Thursday, May 16. Maranacook will face a Raiders squad coming off a 16-5 league win over St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME). The Raiders record now stands at 4-4.

In their next game, the Shipbuilders face the Erskine Academy Eagles (South China, ME) in a Class C test, on Friday, May 17. Morse will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 5-3 record after their 19-6 league loss to Maranacook (Readfield, ME).
