New Hampshire High School Baseball - Newport loses to Sunapee

In Thursday's non-league game, the host Sunapee Lakers baseball team scored a nice 11-1 victory over the Newport Tigers.
The Lakers (11-4) will now prepare for their game against Mascenic Regional (New Ipswich, NH). The Vikings go into the Division IV game with a 6-11 record. In their last game, Mascenic Regional was overwhelmed by Derryfield (Manchester, NH), 7-3, in a league game.
The Tigers (4-11) will now prepare for their game against Hillsboro-Deering (Hillsboro, NH). The Hillcats go into the non-league game with a 2-10 record. In their last game, Hillsboro-Deering was overwhelmed by Fall Mountain (Langdon, NH), 13-1, in a non-league game.
