Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Ponaganset overwhelms Providence Country Day

The crowd at Wednesday's league game between the Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) and the visiting Providence Country Day Knights (East Providence, RI), saw Ponaganset's lacrosse team achieve victory over Providence Country Day by a margin of 17-11.

The Knights (0-12) will now prepare for their game against Johnston (Johnston, RI). The Panthers enter the Division 3 game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, Johnston was overwhelmed by Rogers (Newport, RI), 17-2, in a non-league game.
