Virginia High School Softball - James River nudges Radford

James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA), 3-2 in a league challenge.
The Knights now own a 15-4 record.
With the loss, Radford falls to 1-13 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Carroll County (Hillsville, VA) to battle the Cavaliers in a Three Rivers challenge on Friday, May 20. The Cavaliers enter the challenge with a record of 16-2. Carroll County won 11-0 in their recent league challenge against Floyd County (Floyd, VA)
