In Monday's league bout, the Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI) baseball squad the visiting North Kingstown Skippers (North Kingstown, RI), by a tally of 4-2.

Next up, the Oakers encounter the South Kingstown Rebels (Wakefield, RI) in a Division 1 bout, on Tuesday, May 20. Coventry will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Rebels enter the bout with a 14-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Smithfield (Esmond, RI).
