The Gray Stone Day Knights softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting North Stanly Comets to 5 in the Knights non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Gray Stone Day improves its record to 11-9 on the year. The Knights travel to South Stanly (Norwood, NC) to clash with the Rowdy Rebel Bulls in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 4. The Rowdy Rebel Bulls come into the game with a record of 20-3. South Stanly won 7-1 in their recent non-league game against Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC)
