In Tuesday's league outing, the host South Point Red Raiders softball team scored a nice 19-2 win over the Ashbrook Greenwave.

Coming up next, the Red Raiders battle the North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC) in a Big South 3A outing, on Friday, May 5. South Point will attempt to upgrade on its 6-16 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 12-6 record after their 15-0 league win over Huss (Gastonia, NC).
