The Victor Blue Devils routed the visiting Penfield Patriots softball squad by a final score of 8-3 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Blue Devils (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Brighton (Rochester, NY). The Bruins go into the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Brighton nudged Our Lady of Mercy (Rochester, NY), 8-0, in a league battle.
The Patriots now possess a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Hilton for a Class AA battle on Thursday, May 4. Penfield will meet a Cadets squad coming off a 19-4 non-league win over Spencerport (Spencerport, NY). The Cadets record now stands at 6-5.
