Maryland High School Baseball - GVCS Broadfording prevails Hancock

The GVCS Broadfording Lions baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Hancock Panthers to 4 in the Lions non-league win on Friday.

The Lions now hold a 11-10 record. They take the field next when they host Allegany for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. GVCS Broadfording will play a Campers team coming off a 16-1 league win over Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD). The Campers record now stands at 9-4.

With the defeat, Hancock drops to 4-10 on the year. The Panthers travel to Turkeyfoot Valley Area (Confluence, PA) to play the Rams in a non-league test on Monday, May 5. The Rams go into the test with a record of 4-6. Turkeyfoot Valley Area lost 12-0 in their recent league test against Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA)
