Fans at Friday's league contest between the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) and the host West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC), witnessed Hoggard's lacrosse squad top West Brunswick by a count of 15-0.

The Vikings (14-4) will now prepare for their contest against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates enter the Mideastern contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Topsail beat North Brunswick (Leland, NC), 14-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Trojans meet the New Hanover Wildcats (Wilmington, NC) in a Mideastern contest, on Monday, May 5. West Brunswick will attempt to move on its 2-15 season record.
