Oregon High School Softball - Salem Academy bounces St. Paul

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) and the visiting St. Paul Buckaroos (St. Paul, OR), observed Salem Academy's softball team notch a victory over St. Paul by a final score of 12-4.
The Crusaders (11-3) will now prepare for their bout against Western Christian (Salem, OR). The Pioneers go into the 2A/1A-SD2 Special District 2 bout with a 2-15 record. In their last bout, Western Christian was routed by Perrydale (Amity, OR), 19-4, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Buckaroos battle the Colton Vikings (Colton, OR) in a 2A/1A-SD2 Special District 2 bout, on Wednesday, May 7. St. Paul will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 5-11 record after their 15-3 league loss to Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR).
