In Monday's league contest, the Stearns Minutemen (Millinocket, ME) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME), by a margin of 12-3.
With the triumph, Stearns moves its record to 4-5 on the year. The Minutemen host Greenville (Greenville, ME) to play the Lakers in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 27. The Lakers come into the contest with a record of 4-7.
In their next game, the Pandas play the Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 23. Lee Academy will attempt to move on its 0-13 season record. The Red Devils come into the contest with a 4-9 record after their 18-0 league loss to Bucksport (Bucksport, ME).
