Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Fennimore Golden Eagles (Fennimore, WI) and the host Mineral Point Pointers (Mineral Point, WI), witnessed Fennimore's softball squad prevail over Mineral Point by a count of 11-0.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Cuba City for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 28. Fennimore will meet a Cubans squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Boscobel (Boscobel, WI). The Cubans record now stands at 19-2.

With the loss, Mineral Point moves to 21-4 on the season.
