The Greene County Rams (Jefferson, IA) softball routed the host Roland-Story Norsemen (Story City, IA), 12-7 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Rams (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Ogden (Ogden, IA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, Ogden was routed by Van Meter (Van Meter, IA), 12-0, in a non-league bout.

The Norsemen now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Humboldt for a non-league bout on Tuesday, May 28. Roland-Story will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-3 league win over Hampton-Dumont/CAL (Hampton, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
