The Roland-Story Norsemen (Story City, IA) softball routed the host Greene County Rams (Jefferson, IA), 10-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Norsemen (5-10) will now prepare for their bout against Iowa Falls-Alden (Iowa Falls, IA). The Cadets go into the non-league bout with a 4-6 record. In their last bout, Iowa Falls-Alden held off Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS (Clarion, IA), 12-2, in a non-league bout.
The Rams now possess a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Ogden for a non-league bout on Friday, June 14. Greene County will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Earlham (Earlham, IA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-10.
