Indiana High School Baseball - Lafayette Central Catholic edges Logansport

The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Lafayette Central Catholic Knights (Lafayette, IN) and the visiting Logansport Berries (Logansport, IN), saw Lafayette Central Catholic's baseball team gain a win over Logansport by a tally of 4-1.

The Knights (22-5) will now prepare for their battle against Peru (Peru, IN). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 13-8 record. In their last battle, Peru held off Northwestern (Kokomo, IN), 10-6, in a league battle.

Next, the Berries face the Twin Lakes Indians (Monticello, IN) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 28. Logansport will attempt to upgrade on its 15-13 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 18-9 record after their 15-1 non-league win over North Newton (Morocco, IN).
