The Central Montcalm Hornets baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Waverly Warriors to 0 in the Hornets non-league win on Tuesday.
The Hornets now own a 25-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tri County Area for a Central State test on Wednesday, May 28.
With the defeat, Waverly drops to 11-12 on the year. The Warriors travel to Mason (Mason, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, May 30. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 19-3. Mason won 24-0 in their recent league test against Eastern (Lansing, MI)
