The Twin Cedars Sabers baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Seymour Warriors to 3 in the Sabers league win on Tuesday.

The Sabers now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host East Union for a non-league test on Wednesday, May 28. Twin Cedars will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 7-0 league loss to Mount Ayr (Mount Ayr, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Seymour drops to 0-2 on the year. The Warriors travel to Centerville (Centerville, IA) to clash with the Big Reds/Redettes in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 28. The Big Reds/Redettes go into the test with a record of 0-3.
