The Gilbert Tigers baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Boone Toreadors to 3 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Tigers (4-6) will now prepare for their match against North Polk (Alleman, IA). The Comets go into the Raccoon River match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, North Polk tipped Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA), 6-4, in a non-league match.
The Toreadors (5-5) will now prepare for their match against Algona (Algona, IA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 7-2 record.
