The Shenandoah Mustangs (Shenandoah, IA) softball routed the host Red Oak Tigers (Red Oak, IA), 12-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Mustangs (6-1) will now prepare for their bout against Denison-Schleswig (Denison, IA). The Monarchs go into the Hawkeye 10 bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, Denison-Schleswig was routed by Storm Lake (Storm Lake, IA), 12-1, in a non-league bout.
