The Anaconda Copperheads (Anaconda, MT) softball routed the visiting Powell County Wardens (Deer Lodge, MT), 15-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Copperheads (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Lincoln County (Eureka, MT). The Lions go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Lincoln County notched a victory over Thompson Falls (Thompson Falls, MT), 23-7, in a league bout.

The Wardens now possess a 0-10 record. They play next when they host Florence-Carlton for a B District 6B bout on Tuesday, May 10.
