Ohio High School Softball - Milton-Union bounces Riverside

The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Milton-Union Bulldogs (West Milton, OH) and the host Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH), saw Milton-Union's softball squad nip Riverside by a count of 9-5.
The Bulldogs now sport a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arcanum for a non-league match on Friday, May 5. Milton-Union will face a Trojans squad coming off a 10-1 league win over Ansonia (Ansonia, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 16-4.
With the loss, Riverside falls to 12-7 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Bethel (Tipp City, OH) to face the Bees in a Three Rivers match on Friday, May 5. The Bees enter the match with a record of 10-12. Bethel won 18-4 in their recent league match against Troy Christian (Troy, OH)
