The Rockridge Rockets softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Morrison Mustangs to 0 in the Rockets league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Rockridge improves its record to 22-1 on the year. The Rockets travel to Mendota (Mendota, IL) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league game on Friday, May 5. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 5-12. Mendota lost 6-1 in their recent non-league game against Ottawa (Ottawa, IL)

Next up, the Mustangs meet the Hall Red Devils (Spring Valley, IL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 5. Morrison will attempt to better on its 11-9 season record. The Red Devils go into the battle with a 1-17 record after their 15-0 league loss to Kewanee (Kewanee, IL).
