In Friday's league game, the host Marion-Franklin Red Devils baseball team scored a nice 19-11 victory over the South Bulldogs.
The Red Devils (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH). The Nubians go into the Columbus City - South game with a 0-9 record.
The Bulldogs (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Beechcroft (Columbus, OH). The Cougars go into the non-league game with a 1-5 record.
