The New Hanover Wildcats lacrosse squad scored 20 points and limited the visiting West Brunswick Trojans to 2 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now hold a 16-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hoggard for a Mideastern challenge on Wednesday, May 7. New Hanover will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 13-11 league loss to Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 14-5.

With the loss, West Brunswick drops to 2-16 on the season. The Trojans host South Brunswick (Southport, NC) to encounter the Cougars in a Mideastern battle on Wednesday, May 7. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 7-9. South Brunswick lost 15-12 in their recent league battle against Ashley (Wilmington, NC)
