In Friday's league outing, the visiting Wheeler Warriors softball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the Classical Purples.
Coming up next, the Warriors battle the Times Squared Academy Eagles (Providence, RI) in a outing, on Monday, May 9. Wheeler will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 4-4 record after their 19-7 league win over Hope (Providence, RI).
The Purples (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Shea (Pawtucket, RI). The Raiders enter the Division 3 outing with a 8-2 record. In their last outing, Shea ran past Central (Providence, RI), 6-4, in a league outing.
