The Cranston West Falcons softball team (Cranston, RI), 4-2 in Saturday's league test with the visiting Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI)

Coming up next, the Clippers clash with the Burrillville Broncos (Harrisville, RI) in a State Championship Division - North test, on Monday, May 9. Cumberland will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Broncos come into the test with a 4-7 record after their 9-4 league loss to Smithfield (Esmond, RI).

The Falcons (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Scituate (North Scituate, RI). The Spartans come into the State Championship Division - North test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Scituate by Smithfield (Esmond, RI), 17-4, in a league test.
