The Panthers now possess a 20-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Limestone for a Mid-Illini battle on Thursday, May 8. Washington will confront a Rockets team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Dunlap (Dunlap, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 6-15.

With the loss, Canton moves to 16-7 on the season. The Little giants travel to Metamora (Metamora, IL) to confront the Redbirds in a Mid-Illini battle on Thursday, May 8. The Redbirds come into the battle with a record of 19-6. Metamora won 12-2 in their recent league battle against Morton (Morton, IL)
