New York High School Lacrosse - Auburn overwhelms East Syracuse-Minoa

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Auburn Maroons lacrosse squad scored a tight 16-12 win over the East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans.
The Maroons (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Brighton (Rochester, NY). The Bruins enter the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Brighton nipped Spencerport (Spencerport, NY), 14-10, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Spartans meet the Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams (DeWitt, NY) in a Section 3 OHSL Freedom American contest, on Tuesday, May 13. East Syracuse-Minoa will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Red Rams enter the contest with a 6-3 record after their 11-10 non-league win over Baldwinsville (Baldwinsville, NY).
