Ohio High School Softball - Lake bounces Hoover

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Lake Blue Streaks (Uniontown, OH) and the visiting Hoover Vikings (North Canton, OH), observed Lake's softball team get by Hoover by a tally of 6-0.

The Blue Streaks (18-4) will now prepare for their bout against Green (Uniontown, OH). The Bulldogs go into the Federal bout with a 14-4 record. In their last bout, Green tipped Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH), 5-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH) in a Federal bout, on Tuesday, May 13. Hoover will attempt to advance on its 11-9 season record. The Polar Bears go into the bout with a 16-5 record after their 8-4 non-league win over Strongsville (Strongsville, OH).
