In Monday's non-league game, the visiting West Lyon Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Sheldon Orabs.
The Wildcats (8-1) will now prepare for their game against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA). The Dutchmen go into the non-league game with a 9-4 record. In their last game, MOC-Floyd Valley was overwhelmed by Spencer (Spencer, IA), 6-5, in a non-league game.
The Orabs (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA). The Generals go into the non-league game with a 1-7 record. In their last game, Sibley-Ocheyedan was overwhelmed by Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley (Rock Valley, IA), 13-10, in a league game.
