In Monday's non-league bout, the West Lyon Wildcats (Inwood, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA), by a tally of 10-0.
Next up, the Wildcats encounter the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, July 3. West Lyon will attempt to upgrade on its 17-2 season record. The Dutchmen enter the bout with a 20-5 record after their 8-4 non-league win over Central Lyon (Rock Rapids, IA).
