The Dakota Cougars softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Anchor Bay Tars to 2 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Dakota improves its record to 18-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI) to clash with the Knights in a non-league game on Tuesday, June 14. The Knights come into the game with a record of 2-1. Walled Lake Northern won 13-0 in their recent non-league game against North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI)
