The Pella Dutch baseball team scored 13 runs and held the host Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs to 12 in the Dutch non-league win on Monday.

The Dutch now hold a 15-4 record. They take the field next when they host Newton for a non-league test on Wednesday, June 18. Pella will play a Cardinals team coming off a 12-6 non-league loss to Knoxville (Knoxville, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-14.

With the defeat, Dallas Center-Grimes drops to 11-6 on the year. The Mustangs host Gilbert (Gilbert, IA) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, June 17. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 8-8. Gilbert lost 12-2 in their recent league test against Boone (Boone, IA)
