The Lynnville-Sully Hawks baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host H-L-V Warriors to 3 in the Hawks league win on Monday.

The Hawks now own a 17-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Iowa Valley for a South Iowa Cedar test on Tuesday, June 24. Lynnville-Sully will play a Tigers team coming off a 8-3 league win over B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-7.

With the defeat, H-L-V drops to 3-9 on the year. The Warriors host North Tama (Traer, IA) to play the Redhawks in a non-league test on Tuesday, June 24. The Redhawks go into the test with a record of 11-7. North Tama won 3-2 in their recent league test against Baxter (Baxter, IA)
