In Monday's non-league test, the Lone Tree Lions (Lone Tree, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the host WACO Warriors (Wayland, IA), by a tally of 22-4.
Next, the Lions meet the Highland Huskies (Riverside, IA) in a SE IA Super - North test, on Tuesday, June 24. Lone Tree will attempt to advance on its 13-6 season record.
The Warriors (0-11) will now prepare for their test against Highland (Riverside, IA). The Huskies go into the non-league test with a 4-7 record.
