The WACO Warriors softball squad (Wayland, IA), was routed 12-1 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Lone Tree Lions (Lone Tree, IA)
With the triumph, Lone Tree improves its record to 13-6 on the year. The Lions host Highland (Riverside, IA) to face the Huskies in a SE IA Super - North contest on Tuesday, June 24. The Huskies enter the contest with a record of 4-7.
The Warriors now hold a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Highland for a non-league contest on Wednesday, June 25.
