The North Union Warriors softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting West Hancock Eagles to 0 in the Warriors league win on Monday.

The Warriors now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garner-Hayfield/Ventura for a Top of Iowa-West battle on Tuesday, June 24. North Union will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 9-4 league loss to Belmond-Klemme (Belmond, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-9.

With the loss, West Hancock moves to 2-14 on the season. The Eagles host Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Top of Iowa-West battle on Tuesday, June 24. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 3-11.
