The Boyer Valley Bulldogs baseball team scored 17 runs and held the host Ar-We-Va Rockets to 9 in the Bulldogs league win on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now hold a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they host CAM for a Rolling Valley test on Friday, June 28. Boyer Valley will play a Cougars team coming off a 19-10 non-league win over Mount Ayr (Mount Ayr, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 12-7.
With the defeat, Ar-We-Va drops to 0-12 on the year. The Rockets travel to Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA) to play the Wildcats in a Rolling Valley test on Friday, June 28. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 4-17.
