In Wednesday's league bout, the Woodbine Tigers (Woodbine, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Ar-We-Va Rockets (Westside, IA), by a tally of 10-0.
Next up, the Tigers encounter the Ridge View Raptors (Holstein, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, June 6. Woodbine will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Raptors enter the bout with a 4-1 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union (Marcus, IA).
The Rockets (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against CAM (Anita, IA). The Cougars enter the Rolling Valley bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, CAM overcame Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA), 11-0, in a league bout.
