The Lewis Central Titans (Council Bluffs, IA) baseball the visiting Sioux City North Stars (Sioux City, IA), 7-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Titans now own a 24-7 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Heelan Catholic for a non-league challenge on Saturday, July 5. Lewis Central will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 1-0 league win over Sioux City East (Sioux City, IA). The Crusaders record now stands at 22-8.
With the defeat, Sioux City North drops to 23-5 on the year. The Stars travel to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA) to clash with the Warriors in a Missouri River challenge on Thursday, July 3. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 25-12. Sergeant Bluff-Luton won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Le Mars (Le Mars, IA)
