In Wednesday's league game, the visiting North Fayette Valley baseball team scored a nice 16-0 win over the Postville Pirates.

The (4-25) will now prepare for their game against Crestwood (Cresco, IA). The Cadets go into the non-league game with a 7-16 record. In their last game, Crestwood was overwhelmed by Oelwein (Oelwein, IA), 10-3, in a non-league game.

Next, the Pirates play the MFL MarMac Bulldogs (Monona, IA) in a Upper Iowa game, on Saturday, July 5. Postville will attempt to improve on its 0-18 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 21-7 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Waukon (Waukon, IA).
