The Toombs County Bulldogs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Bryan County Redskins to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Savannah Arts Academy for a 2A Area 3 game on Tuesday, August 16. Toombs County will meet a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cross Episcopal (Bluffton, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 4-0.

The Redskins (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Jenkins (Savannah, GA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Jenkins was nudged by Windsor Forest (Savannah, GA), 2-0, in a league game.
