Texas High School Volleyball - Gregory-Portland tips Tuloso-Midway

Gregory-Portland Wildcats (Portland, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Tuloso-Midway Warriors/Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Pioneer Diamondbacks (Mission, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 11. Gregory-Portland will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.

With the loss, Tuloso-Midway drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Warriors/cherokees travel to Ray (Corpus Christi, TX) to clash with the Texans in a non-league match on Friday, August 11. The Texans come into the match with a record of 2-0. Ray won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Rowe (McAllen, TX)
