Rowland Hall Winged Lions (Salt Lake City, UT) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams Marauders (Lehi, UT), 8-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Rowland Hall moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Winged Lions host St. Joseph (Ogden, UT) to clash with the Jayhawks in a 2A Region 17 test on Thursday, August 14. The Jayhawks come into the test with a record of 0-2. St. Joseph lost 5-2 in their recent non-league test against Juan Diego Catholic (Draper, UT)

Next up, the Marauders confront the American Prep WV Eagles (West Valley City, UT) in a 2A Region 16 outing, on Thursday, August 14. Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
