In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Okolona Chieftains volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Aberdeen Bulldogs.
The Chieftains (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Lowndes (Columbus, MS). The Panthers come into the Class 1A Region 1 challenge with a 1-2 record.
Next, the Bulldogs play the Itawamba Agricultural Indians (Fulton, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 14. Aberdeen will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Starkville Academy (Starkville, MS).
