The Okolona Chieftains topped the host Aberdeen Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Chieftains face the Biggersville Lions (Corinth, MS) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 7. Okolona will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Lions go into the game with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Baldwyn (Baldwyn, MS).
The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their game against West Point (West Point, MS). The Green Wave go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, West Point went down by Itawamba Agricultural (Fulton, MS), 3-0, in a non-league game.
