North Carolina High School Volleyball - West Caldwell overwhelmed by Avery County

The Avery County Vikings topped the visiting West Caldwell Warriors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Vikings face the Patton Panthers (Morganton, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 15. Avery County will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC).

The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Freedom (Morganton, NC). The Patriots go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Freedom went down by East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
