With the win, Crean Lutheran upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA) to play the Diablos in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 14. The Diablos go into the game with a record of 0-1. Mission Viejo lost 3-0 in their recent non-league game against St. Margaret's (San Juan Capistrano, CA)

The Lightning (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Foothill (Santa Ana, CA). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Foothill gained a win over El Modena (Orange, CA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
