Georgia High School Softball - Dawson County tipped by Pickens

In Thursday's league test, the Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA) softball squad the host Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA), by a count of 9-7.

Next, the Dragons meet the East Coweta Indians (Sharpsburg, GA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, August 15. Pickens will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Indians come into the outing with a 3-0 record after their 13-1 non-league win over McIntosh (Peachtree City, GA).

With the loss, Dawson County moves to 4-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 1-1.
